The objective of this study was to evaluate yeast effect on dairy cows performances in Mediterranean conditions. 240 Holstein dairy cows, from a dairy commercial herd in Kairouan, Tunisia, were divided in two groups. A control group received ration composed of forages and concentrate (>50% on dry  matter basis).
